I live and work in and around Boston, where the public transportation system is known at the ‘T’. A symbol seen everywhere. And I have spent much of my adult life observing and participating in the ritual of taking the T to work or school. This ongoing project is about moving through and around that system. I photograph from many angles and vantage points, inside and outside trains, buses, underground and above ground stations, to give the viewer an understanding of what it’s like to commute on the T.
